What is the turn-around-time (TAT)?
Our average turn-around-time is 4-7 days from the day you place your order to the day it is shipped. Please check the green banner at the top of our homepage for the most current turn-around-time. Unless specified as ready-to-ship (RTS), all items are made-to-order (MTO). Orders containing RTS and MTO items will ship when the MTO items are ready.
What size are the bows?
Half-Pint: 3" x 1.5" (piggies = set of 2)
Little Miss: 3" x 2" (piggies = set of 2)
Mighty Miss: 5" x 3"
Mini Missy: 5" x 3"
Missy: 5.5" x 6"
Are your clips reversible?
Yes! If you would like to have your little one wear their bow on the other side of their head, simply slide the alligator clip out and reinsert in the other direction. We intentionally do not permanently attach the alligator clip to the bow to allow this.
Do you offer Sezzle?
Yes! Sezzle is available for orders $25+. Sezzle is unable to keep live inventory updated. Therefore, if you purchase with Sezzle, it could occasionally allow an item to oversell. If this occurs, you will be contacted with a choice to receive a refund for the item or to select a replacement item.
Can I upgrade to priority shipping?
Yes! Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or add insurance to the default USPS First Class Mail shipping option. You will receive an invoice for this option.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes! If you place multiple orders and both can be shipped together (the first order has not yet shipped and neither order contains a preorder), we will automatically combine and refund shipping.
Do you offer coupons or discounts?
We always offer free shipping on domestic orders over $50. Sign up for emails for a free shipping code valid on any order with no minimum or text alerts for a 15% off discount code. What is your cancellation and return/exchange policy?
I gladly accept cancellations on non-custom items before the item(s) have shipped. I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me at email@example.com if you have any problems with your order.
